How to create it?
Apply any base colour (e.g., 503 Black Tulip), cure it in the lamp, then apply a layer of 1026 Champagne FLASH, use a magnet to bring out even more shimmer, and after curing, top it with a semi-transparent polish. This will give you a beautiful glass-like finish with a stunning Cat Eye effect.
