How to create it?
Apply any base color (e.g., 503 Black Tulip), cure it in a lamp, then apply a layer of 1025 Prosecco FLASH, use a magnet to bring out even more sparkle, and after curing, top it with a semi-transparent polish. This will give you a beautiful glass-like finish with a mesmerizing Cat Eye effect.
