How to create it?<\/strong>
\nApply any base color (e.g.,\u00a0503 Black Tulip<\/strong>), cure it in a lamp, then apply a layer of\u00a01025 Prosecco FLASH<\/strong>, use a magnet to bring out even more sparkle, and after curing, top it with a semi-transparent polish.
