How to use –
Pick the product on a brush (the amount depends on the decoration technique used) and apply it to a previously matted nail or to a Velvet Top Coat or on a dispersion of an artificial product and make an element of decoration.
NOTE: the product layer should be very thin! Put in the lamp and cure according to the instructions.
Then we can repeat the whole step by making the next part of the decoration or apply a Top Coat.
